1. All emeritus and retired members of the CSU community should be valued and supported.
2. CSU-ERFSA should take a lead role in advocating for the rights and benefits of CSU retirees.
3. CSU-ERFSA should explore ways to support the social, emotional, and intellectual health of its members and prospective members.
4. CSU-ERFSA supports freedom of expression for all, including current students, alumni, faculty staff, and administrators, as well as retired members of the CSU family.
5. CSU-ERFSA supports academic freedom, including the right to research, publish, disseminate, and advocate without outside interference.
6. CSU-ERFSA believes that all members of the CSU community should be supported regardless, of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, political views or immigration status.
